Prior to her current role Lianne was involved with the Wellington operation of the company primarily dealing in the commercial sector. She successfully completed transactions including the setting up of Wellinton premises for Rogen New Zealand, Ergoline New Zealand and Fisher and Paykel. Lianne specialised in finding tenancies for small to medium sized companies including architects, fashion designers, property developers, residential real estate agents and marketing companies.
Prior to working alongside David, Lianne spent two years as office manager for major international property company Colliers Jardine. Her role was diversified and included supporting up to ten commercial salespeople in both selling and leasing as well as providing initiatives and innovation toward marketing campaigns. In addition to these roles her focus was on the smooth running of the Wellington branch including the supervision of staff to support the property management team.
Before her move into the property industry Lianne spent two years at Bell Gully Buddle Weir as a legal secretary providing support to senior partners and lawyers in the firm in the commercial, property and tax areas and a five year stint at National Mutual (now AXA) in a variety of roles in finance and funds management.
Lianne (with David) set up Grace Realty Blenheim in 2002 and since then has been involved in sales and also the overall running of the office including supervision of support staff.
