Since 1998 Grace has undertaken a variety of projects for many organisations including major corporations, government departments, small and medium sized businesses and privately owned enterprises. Listed below are just a few of our accomplishments.

| Involvement with this project began with the sourcing of a suitable site of approximately 2ha within the Blenheim township. The next step was to gain resource consent for a retail operation. This was successfully granted in November 2006. From this point on Grace acted as project manager and contracted the construction of the building and fitout and establishment of the store. | |

| Marlborough Mitre 10 Home & Trade. Co-ordinating the transformation from Mitre 10 to Mega status at their new site. This included the co-ordination of staff, stock and the exiting of their existing lease with eight years to run | |

| Negotiation and sourcing new tenants (Smiths City and CRT) for Mitre 10’s existing site and negotiating the surrender of Mitre 10’s lease. | |

| Providing services for Terralink including being appointed to project manage their entire fitout and organising the sub-trades from demolition to opening. | |

| Securing suitable space for Kiwibank head office upon its inception and co-ordinating the overall fitout project. | |

| Providing project management services then over-seeing the office fitout to completion in Hewlett Packard House. | |

| Undertaking the task of finding suitable office space for Workbridge to fit their strict criteria for accessibility by their clients. Securing this space and providing fitout services to suit their requirements. | |

| Providing many services to Travelex Worldwide Money including obtaining their dream tenancy in the former Brierley Investments space in the Majestic Centre, Wellington, which included adapting an existing fitout to suit their specific requirements. | |
